Great gift that makes a meal
I bought this as a gift for friends and actually got to help them eat it. Loved the smoked salmon. Included cheese crackers and mustard; enough for a meal for three of four even though we ate it as an appetizer. Comes with a very nice bamboo style cutting board that can be used over and over again. My friends were impressed with the gift and so was I.
